About me
Who am I and how did "mission adventure" happen?
My name is Sandra, born in 1978 and known as an adventurous person.

In the late summer of 2016, however, my love of adventure was suddenly crossed when I crashed heavily during a skydiving jump. In addition to numerous fractures, I also suffered a spinal cord injury. The following two years were pretty hard ... physically as well as mentally; I could hardly have fallen deeper.

Skydiving, vacationing or even spontaneously doing something was no longer possible; My (felt) dependence killed every desire to get out of the house.

But time passed and I started to dream again about new adventures. I thought about how I could discover the world again, without paying attention to wheelchair accessible hotels ... and so the idea was born to rebuild a camper to fit my needs.

During the search for a suitable basic RV it turned out that the common german RVs are to small and implementing a wheelchair lift would be to complicated.
So I thought "think big" and looked for bigger companions and tadaaa: A nice, big, yellow, US school bus seemed perfect! After a short and successful search I bought one in May 2019 and the conversion started, thanks to the support of many and incredibly awesome people and according to the motto:

HELPING ONE PERSON MIGHT NOT CHANGE THE WHOLE WORLD,
BUT IT COULD CHANGE THE WORLD FOR ONE PERSON!
